How to Have an Anal-Rectal Orgasm
Ok now we are going to change this again.
Now that you have some control over your rectal muscles you will stop the PC muscle and anal sphincter clenches completely and start to push on the dildo on the out stroke as well as the in stroke. Now just keep this up for a few minutes and you should start to feel the need to push against the dildo just a little harder than before and a definite tingling sensation should be starting in the walls of your rectum. Go with it and gently increase the pushing against the dildo and you can start to increase you’re pumping to a slightly faster pace if you are ready. What you are doing is starting to get your rectal wall muscles to go into a spasm. These spasms are the beginning of the rise of the A-R orgasm. So in fact they are your first goal and you can tell when they come. Now the need to push is at your control. If you stop the pushing then the spasms will decline and you will come out of your build up to A-R orgasm. This is how you can control how many you can have and whether you want one now or later. So of course you want to keep the spasms going. Now you can start to give stronger pushes on the dildo as it is in the inbound stroke an keep pushing against it as it leaves the rectum as well. The inbound stroke is the one that is going to do the triggering while the out bound stroke will lighten up the pressure. If you push harder against the dildo on the inbound strokes than the outbound strokes you will feel that the inbound is the one that is causing the spasms to increase. That’s because your rectal wall muscles are rhythmically pushing in the out direction trying to move the dildo out and you are pushing your dildo against the motion of the muscles, hence the muscles go into spasm because they are trying even harder to push the dildo out. These spasms do not hurt but they feel like the spasms that you get when you have a case of diarrhea but without the cramping. This along with the nerves in the walls of the rectum are what is going to send you over the edge. So as you keep your pace keep trying and making strong outward pushes against the dildo on those in bound strokes. You also may notice that the pushing sensation is coming from higher up in the rectum and not from the anus. That is because all the anus does during these spasms is to open and dilate to allow the dildo to move in and out more freely. Now you should start to get a feeling of the need to do a very strong outward push and you should also start to feel your blood rushing to your face as you do this. This will feel just like when you get constipated and the blood rushes to your face as you push. Actually what you are doing is pushing the blood from your lower abdomen and higher up into your body. Once you let up on the pushing the blood will go back. This is the same thing fighter pilots do in high “G” turns to keep from blacking out. But as the A-R orgasm comes closer you are going to get more of this and it will get more intense. Keep going and keep on pushing against the dildo on the inbound strokes. Your whole body should start to feel a rush and a definite tingling sensation will start to travel through you from your lower abdomen and up your back. As I said earlier this will feel like the sensation you get when you pass a bowel movement but many times more intense. All I can tell you is to go with it and not to stop moving on your dildo. The need to push will reach a fevers pace and you should start to feel your entire body tingling with an orgasmic feeling and the want to push on the dildo will be very intense and will start to become a solid wall of pushing that will start to go out of your control and you will start to want to increase the speed of your thrusting. At this point your whole body will start to go with the orgasm.
So after you have hopefully had a successful A-R orgasm or a few and you have rested for a while you can always try to go ahead and try it again right after. Depending on whether you gave yourself a penile or prostate orgasm as well you could just hop back up on your knees and go back to work on yourself. If you want to be able to achieve several A-R orgasms in say an evening I would restrain as much as possible from having any penile or prostate induced orgasms. These orgasms have a tendency to make the anus and rectal walls very sensitive for a while. If you just gave yourself several A-R orgasms and no penile or prostate orgasms then you should be ready to go back to work quite soon after your last ones. Because the A-R orgasm doesn't bring on much if any of a remission stage you could keep doing and having them as much as you like. Again this will depend on your stamina as well as just how much of this you can take. But one thing I have noticed is that after you have had a few there intensity starts to wane. Meaning that after you have had a few it might get a little harder to reach the next one and it may not be as strong. Then each subsequent A-R orgasm after that will steadily decrease in strength. If you take short rests between orgasms you can stretch this out over a longer time of course. Like all good things to much of anything isn't good. Practice some moderation on your first attempts. You are setting up your rectal muscles to do something that so far they have never done before. Unlike the penile or prostate orgasm which you have most likely experienced since puberty the A-R orgasm is something that has been basically unused in you and needs to be awaken to get its full potential. The more you practice having the A-R orgasm the easier they will be to achieve and the more enjoyable they will become. Not to mention how it might feel for your partner as well. The friend that I had my A-R orgasm with said the feeling of the orgasm from his side was like having a hand squeezing his penis but he said he also could feel the rectal muscles pulsing as well.
He said he had never felt that before from any man. So a partner will benefit from this as well.
